Joe Hurd - Executive Director

Joe Hurd has been the executive director of the Blair County Chamber since 1998. He oversees all personnel functions and is the staff representative to BASICS, Transportation, Legislative Action, Business Opportunities, Regional Purchasing, Marketing & PR, Safety/Risk Management, WE-LEad and the Blair County Business Coalition committees. He is secretary of The Chamber Board of Directors. Joe is a former newspaper editor, Human Resource/Marketing Director and Nursing Home Administrator. Judy Juda - Program Director

Judy helps coordinate all aspects of events from the early planning stages until the event is a success. She is the one to call on if your have questions about: Annual Meeting, Breakfast Club, Leadership Blair County Adult, Leadership Blair County Youth, Golf, Business Hall of Fame, Business Excellence Dinner, and Partners in Small Business. No detail goes unnoticed when Judy is in charge!

Linda Stotler - Communications Director

If you have a grand opening, Linda will be there with ribbon and scissors to help make the event a success. She writes, designs and assists with our press releases, The Chamber Minutes and The Blair Business Mirror. She designs all fax flyers and other creative work that comes from The Chamber. With an eye for unique and the perfect word for all occasions, Linda brings experience and a fresh attitude to the Chamber!

Stacy Hoover - Program Specialist

Stacy is the Chamber liaison for the Home & Garden Show, Technology Committee and Farm-City Committee, offering her guidance and motivation. She coordinates all Chamber Business After Hours and assists the Program Director with events. From covering farm events at 5 a.m. to maintaining The Home and Garden Show Web site, Stacy is there with enthusiasm!

Marissa Darnell - Business Development Coordinator

Thinking about joining The Chamber or looking for effective ways to promote your business? Then Marissa Darnell is the person to call. Marissa manages sponsorship and advertising sales, membership recruitment and retention, as well as working to raise awareness of Chamber programs, benefits, and events. She also participates in the Marketing, Membership, and Chamber Ambassadors, in addition to overseeing The Chamber’s innovative program, Growth and Relationships of Young Professionals (GRYP).

Cindy Cessna- Finance Director

Cindy is responsible for generating The Chamber financial reports, budget preparation, accounts receivable, accounts payable and monitoring our financial situation. If there is a change to your membership information, Cindy is the one who makes sure the correct information is processed into our membership files. She is our comparative shopper making sure we get the best deals!

Luanne Albright - Member Services Coordinator
