| Altoona Curve Baseball
| The Altoona Curve are the Class ‘AA’ affiliate of the Pittsburg Pirates and play their home games in beautiful Blair County Ballpark. Since their inaugural 1999 season, the Curve have sent dozens of players to the major leagues, have reached the post-season five times , won two Division titles, and an Eastern League Championship. In addition, the Curve’s overall operation and promotional excellence have been recognized in winning the 2004 MacPhail Trophy, the 2006 Bob Freitas Award, and the 2006 John H. Johnson President’s Trophy. The Curve strive to provided high-quality baseball, top notch entertainment, and delicious food and beverage at affordable rates. Blair County Ballpark is located on Park Avenue, just off the Frankstown Road exit off Interstate 99. “Make your way to Curve, PA.” |
