| Our non-medical CAREGivers provide one-on-one support and interaction that includes meal preparation, light housekeeping, laundry, personal care assistance, medication reminders, and more for all of our clients. Our CAREGivers undergo a criminal history and background check of six references. They are bonded and insured for both liability and workers compensation. Since our CAREGivers remain our employees, we handle their entire payroll, including taxes. We are available as little as three hours a day or as many as twenty-four hours a day. We are available seven days a week, including holidays. Home Instead Senior Care will meet for a mo-obligation, no-cost initial assessment with the client. Then, we will match on a compatibility level our CAREGivers with the client. We meet the CAREGiver and Client for a first day introduction, and then we regularly schedule quality visits to ensure the relationship is still mutually compatible. |
