GRYP Impact 2008
GRYP Impact 2008 is a recognition and awards initiative for Blair County's younger professionals. It will be awarded on January 25th, 2008 at The Chamber's Annual Meeting. Blair County, like many regions across Pennsylvania, recognizes the value and importance of attracting and retaining our best and brightest professionals. All too often we educate and prepare our young people for professional careers elsewhere in the United States.
Now there are a growing number of younger professionals making a difference in Blair County. Their efforts are positively impacting our region, making it a better place for younger people to live, work, play and invest in our community. The "Impact 2008 award (which is an acronym for Inspire, Motivate, Participate, Active, Compassionate and Talent), will recognize one young professional for helping to create a more vibrant business and social environment for all of Blair County's residents - including young professionals. All nominees must live and work in Blair County. Nominees must be between the ages of 21 and 39 as of December 25th, 2008 to be eligible to receive this award.
Don't miss the opportunity to see a friend or co-worker recieve this prestigious award. It could even be YOU!
