Job Responsibilities:
- Promptly greet customers and assist with answering any questions and/or finding requested item(s) within the store
- Determine replacement parts required, according to inspections of old parts, customer requests, or customers’ descriptions of malfunctions. Order new parts as needed.
- Assist customers with equipment rentals and explanation of proper and safe use of tools and/or equipment
- Advise customers about what products they may need for their project
- Assist with inventory tracking and ordering
- Ensure store remains clean and organized to create a convenient shopping experience
- Work with delivery team to receive products into the store
- Daily use of common retail technology, such as smart phones, tablets, and computerized cash registers
