Description:
Our client is seeking a highly professional, organized, and dependable Office Manager.
The Office Manager will coordinate, plan, and support daily operational and administrative functions.  Serve as central point of contact to facilitate communication between field employees and management. 


Job Requirements:
  • Perform receptionist duties: greet visitors, and answer and direct phone calls
  • Take product and service orders customers and vendors
  • Create and maintain various paper and electronic files and ensure databases are current
  • Prepare bills / invoices / purchase orders, etc.
  • Review and enter payroll / time sheets
  • Track expenses associated with an office
  • Correspond in writing with clients and vendors
  • Order, maintain and track office supplies, tool & equipment as directed
  • Follow-up on unpaid invoices with call and mailings
  • Coordinated travel arrangements
  • Provide other administrative support as necessary, including scheduling meetings, maintaining calendars, completing research, and creating various reports
  • Ensure the office is always orderly and clean
  • General office duties (faxing, filing, copying, printing, mailing)
 
Qualifications:
  • Two+ years of experience as an administrative assistant / office manager
  • Experience using QuickBooks software daily
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel)
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, and ability to prioritize
  • Ability to work productively both independently and in a team environment
  • Must pass pre-employment drug screening and criminal background
