Foundation Supported Programs
BASICS K-12 - brings the business and education communities closer together on issues that affect young people, in particular those related to career and workforce development.
PA Free Enterprise Week - a one-of-a-kind summer program that offers in-coming high school juniors and seniors a unique and challenging opportunity to see what it is like to run their own business.
Leadership Blair County Adult - develops and enhances community leadership by challenging and preparing individuals from diverse backgrounds to assume more active and effective roles in addressing the needs of the community.
Leadership Blair County Youth - a program that works to develop the leadership potential of 10th grade students of high schools in Blair County, as well as educate the students on the county’s heritage, culture and work force opportunities.
Leadership Blair County Alumni Association - graduates of the Chamber's Leadership Blair County (LBC) Adult program continue their Servant Leadership journey through their support of Leadership Blair County Alumni projects, as well as, personally volunteering for boards and organizations that have touched their hearts.
BASICS Early Childhood - addresses the need to create a stronger voice of advocacy for investment in high quality early learning programs.
A.B. Ross Leadership Program - select 7th through 12th grade students from 4H Clubs in the region gather to learn about opportunities that could provide additional revenue streams for farmers.
YEA! (Young Entrepreneurs Academy) - a class that teaches students between 11 and 18 years old how to start and run their own business, or non-profit organization.

Vision
The Blair County Chamber Foundation will cultivate human capital within the local community in order to stimulate the economic development of Blair County. In a fiscally responsible manner, it will review and authorize projects that align with and support the initiatives of the Blair County Chamber of Commerce and the community. The endeavors will include, but not be limited to, building critical employability skills, strengthening leadership, offering risk-taking opportunities, and fostering entrepreneurialism among youth and adults of Blair County.
