Find the workplace you've been looking for - join our Reliance Bank Team! We are currently seeking full-time Personal Banking Advisors (PBAs) to join our team in Blair County. These are floating positions, meaning that you will be assigned to support any of our Altoona-based branches based on business needs. As a PBA, you'll get to be the first point of contact for our customers when they visit our branch or call the branch for assistance. You'll get to work hands-on with other branch team members to provide an exceptional customer experience and build relationships with our customers. You'll get to connect our customers with products and services that support their financial goals, and help new customers become acquainted with our bank and services. Finally, you'll get to perform a variety of day-to-day operational tasks, from basic cash handling to more complex transactions. Job Requirements:
The right person for this role will have a High School Diploma and at least two (2) years of strong customer service experience. He/she should possess a general interest in the financial services industry and a desire to develop a long-term employment relationship. Other requirements: passion for problem-solving and working with people; proficient computer knowledge and ability to learn bank-specific software; ability to communicate professionally both verbally and in writing; ability to stand for long periods of time and lift items up to 25 lbs.; valid US driver's license and ability to travel between branches (mileage and travel time will be paid).
