Job Description:
Seeking an experienced technician. Must be versatile! Must possess experience in Plumbing, HVAC, Appliance, and electrical repair. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, experience with plumbing both water and sewer, new installation and repairs, hot water and forced air furnace installation, maintenance and repairs, repairs including rebuilding toilets, replacing faucets changing filters, replacing hot water tanks, unclogging drains. Experience in residential appliance repair. Experience in electrical including replacing light fixtures, switches, and outlets running power supply to hot water tanks and furnaces. Refrigeration license preferred but not required.
Job Requirements
Must have valid driver’s license, must have tools and own a work vehicle. Hours can be flexible but generally 9 to 5 Monday through Friday with potential emergency calls on evenings and weekends. Pay is based on experience.
