New Pig is searching for a confident and growth-oriented International Sales professional to grow sales and engage and positively impact our customers by developing, maintaining, and expanding relationships. This position requires proactive contact with customers and effective communication skills while being aware of and responsive to customer needs. This position works the daylight shift, onsite, at our Tipton location.
Success Factors & Essential Duties:
· Develop and maintain strong partnerships and excellent relationships with customers, suppliers, and partners
· Resolve clients’ issues and inquiries in a timely manner. Uncover, identify, and close additional customer needs.
· Consistently meet and exceed sales targets and ensure performance aligns with business objectives
· Identify and develop new international partners
· Develop and implement marketing programs
· Support and follow company policies and procedures
· Adhere to New Pig’s Safety, Environmental, and Quality standards
Job Requirements
· Minimum 5 years of experience managing customers/accounts
· International sales experience preferred
· Experience deploying New Business/Channel Development. Ability to learn and apply New Pig's sales results-oriented methodologies.
· Ability to manage different accounts, projects, budgets, expectations in different countries. Ability to adapt to different cultures and diversity.
· Global, strategic thinker
· Ability to work in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment
· Sales hunter. Self-starter. Intrinsically motivated. Proactive and productive.
· Organized and detailed. Experience generating and analyzing reports.
· Exceptional customer service skills
· Microsoft Office and ERP skills
· Foreign languages are welcome
· Ability to travel internationally, when necessary
